Questions about clips and payments
Do unused clips expire?
No. Unused clips never expire — use them whenever you want.
What happens if a generation fails?
Failed generations are automatically retried on another channel, and you are never charged for a clip that did not deliver.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — see our Refund Policy. Unused clips are refundable within the window described there.
Is there a subscription?
No. We sell one-time clip packs only — the same clip costs the same whether it is your first or your fiftieth.
