Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of burningbridgesaivideo.app ("the service"). By creating an account or generating a clip, you agree to them.
1. The service
The service turns a photo you upload into a short video clip in the style of a current trend, using fixed scene templates. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any artist, label or rights holder mentioned in trend names.
2. Accounts
You need an account to generate clips. Keep your credentials safe; you are responsible for activity under your account. One person, one account.
3. What you may upload
- Photos of yourself, or of a person/pet who has given you permission.
- You must not upload photos of real people without their consent, and never of minors who are not yours to consent for.
- You must not upload copyrighted artwork, celebrity material, or content you do not have the rights to use.
- No content that is sexual, violent, hateful, or intended to mislead people about what is real.
We may reject or remove uploads and generated clips that break these rules, and may suspend accounts that repeatedly do.
4. Clip packs and payments
Clips are prepaid, never expire, and have no cash value. If a generation fails, it is automatically retried and you are never charged for a failed generation. Purchases are one-time clip packs; see the Refund Policy for refunds of unused clips.
5. Your content and your clips
You keep all rights to the photos you upload. You receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use the clips you generate, including on personal and social accounts. You may not resell the service's outputs as a template product or present them as official material of any artist or brand.
6. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Generation is stochastic — results vary between attempts. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may change or discontinue features; material changes will be announced on the site.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
