Privacy Policy
This policy explains what we collect when you use burningbridgesaivideo.app ("the service"), why, and what you can control. The short version: we collect the minimum needed to run the generator, we never sell your data, and you can ask us to delete your account and files.
What we collect
- Account data — the email address and password hash you create the account with.
- Photos you upload — stored privately, used only to generate your clip, visible only to your account.
- Generated clips — stored privately for download by your account.
- Service records — remaining clips, job status and payment records, so history and support work.
- Basic usage analytics — page views and feature usage, without identifying data.
What we do NOT do
- We do not sell or share your photos or clips with advertisers.
- We do not use your photos to train AI models.
- We do not publish anything you upload or generate. Only you can see your files.
Who processes data for us
Running the service requires a small number of processors: our video-generation providers receive your uploaded photo (and the fixed scene prompt) to produce your clip; our payment provider processes purchases if you buy clip packs; our hosting and database providers store account data. Each is bound to process data only on our instructions.
Retention
Uploaded photos and generated clips are kept so you can download them, and are deleted when you delete your account or request deletion. Inactive accounts may have files removed after a long period of inactivity; we will try to notify you first by email.
Your choices
- Delete a photo or clip from your account at any time.
- Request full account deletion (including photos and clips) by contacting us.
- Request a copy of your data at any time.
Children
The service is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region), and we do not knowingly collect their data.
